You must be at least 13 years of age to use Tourneyfest. Users under 18 require verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using Tourneyfest, you represent that you meet these age requirements or that your parent/guardian has provided consent.

Organizations (schools, colleges, academies, clubs) must be registered legal entities in India and must appoint an authorised administrator responsible for compliance with these Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Tourneyfest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in behaviour harmful to other users or the platform.

You agree to use Tourneyfest only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorisation
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform
• Upload content that infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Use Tourneyfest to conduct any commercial activity not expressly permitted
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

Organizations and authorised administrators may create and manage tournaments on Tourneyfest. Tournament hosts are responsible for the accuracy of tournament information, adherence to published rules, and ensuring fair play.

Team registrations are subject to approval by the tournament host. Tourneyfest is not responsible for disputes arising between organizations, teams, or players regarding tournament decisions, eligibility, or results.

Tourneyfest reserves the right to remove or suspend any tournament that violates our community guidelines or applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Tourneyfest (photos, team descriptions, match results). By posting content, you grant Tourneyfest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform and for promotional purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Tourneyfest reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines without notice.

The Tourneyfest name, logo, platform design, and all original content are the exclusive property of Tourneyfest. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Certain features of Tourneyfest may be offered on a paid subscription or per-event basis. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Tourneyfest does not store your full payment card details.

Refunds are subject to the refund policy applicable to each specific product or event, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Tourneyfest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of tournament information posted by third-party institutions or for the conduct of users on or off the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tourneyfest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Tourneyfest shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tourneyfest in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and by displaying the updated date on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
