Following tournaments
Do I need an account to follow a tournament?+
No. Every published tournament has a public page with its schedule, standings, results, bracket and scorecards. Browse tournaments to start.
Where do I see scores while a match is being played?+
The Live Scores page shows every match being scored across the platform right now, and refreshes itself. Each tournament also has its own schedule and results tabs.
Can I look up a player?+
Yes. Player names in scorecards, leaderboards and team rosters link to that player’s page, which collects their appearances, sports and points across every published tournament.
How do I find something specific?+
Use search — it covers tournaments, venues and organizations at once, by name or by ID.
For colleges and organizers
How does my college get on Tourneyfest?+
Send a request through the register my organization form. Colleges, schools, academies and clubs are all supported.
What does hosting cover?+
Registrations and approvals, rosters, fixtures and brackets, group tables, live scoring, results and per-player stats — across single-sport and multi-sport fests.
Where do we manage all this?+
In the Tourneyfest app. Open the app — this site is the public face of what you publish there.
For players
How do I enter a tournament?+
Team entries come through your organization — your coach or org admin registers the team and locks the roster. Individual events (chess, marathon and similar) accept athlete sign-ups directly from the tournament page.
Do I need to belong to a college?+
Not for individual entries — those accept unaffiliated athletes. Team entries are registered by an organization.
For brands
How do partnerships work?+
Talk to us directly through the partnership form — we will walk you through what is available for the fests you are interested in.
